General
How do I reset a password?
Contact your synagogue's main system administrator. Currently there is no self-reset option for security reasons.
Does the system work on Shabbat?
The system is designed to work on Shabbat completely automatically. All operations (screen shutdown, slide changes) are pre-programmed and do not require manual intervention or, God forbid, Shabbat desecration. Screens operate in "Grama" mode or without electrical state changes according to Halacha (consult your local rabbi regarding use of specific screens).
Screens and Devices
Screen shows "No Internet Connection"
- Check Wi-Fi or cable connection in the synagogue.
- Try turning the router off and on.
- If internet is working on other devices, restart the streamer/TV.
Screen time is incorrect
The time is taken from the device itself (Android). Go to Android Settings -> Date & Time -> Verify "Automatic date & time" and "Automatic time zone" (Jerusalem time zone) are set.
Prayers and Times
Daily times don't match another calendar
There may be differences of a few minutes between different calendars due to calculation methods and precise geographic location (latitude/longitude). Make sure the address in "Synagogue Details" is as accurate as possible.
I added a prayer and it doesn't appear
- Verify the prayer is set to "Active" status.
- Verify activity days are marked correctly (for example, if today is Tuesday and the prayer is set only for Shabbat, it won't display now).
