Reports and Data (Reports & Analytics)

The system provides advanced reporting tools that allow the Gabbai and system administrators to get a complete picture of synagogue activity, screen usage, and system health.

Report Types​

User Activity Reports (/reports/user-activity)​

This report displays an analysis of user activity in the system:

  • Login and logout times.
  • Actions performed (creating a class, updating a message).
  • Identified by specific user or general.

Screen Performance (/reports/device-performance)​

Technical report showing screen health:

  • Uptime.
  • Network errors or disconnections.
  • CPU/memory load on Android TV devices.
  • Useful for identifying problematic devices needing maintenance.

Scheduled Reports​

You can set up automatic report sending to email:

  • Frequency: Daily, weekly, monthly.
  • Recipients: Email recipient list.
  • Format: PDF or CSV.

Creating a Custom Report​

You can create an ad-hoc report (Custom Report) by date ranges and specific parameters through the interface. Reports can be exported to Excel or PDF for filing or presentation at board meetings.
