Notifications & System Alerts

The notification system keeps you informed about important events — device disconnections, malfunctions, updates, and more.

Viewing Notifications

  1. Click the bell icon in the top corner of the screen.
  2. A list of recent notifications will appear.
  3. Click a notification to view full details.

Actions

  • Mark as read — Mark a single notification as viewed.
  • Mark all as read — Mark all notifications at once.
  • Delete — Remove a notification from the list.
  • Clear — Delete all read notifications.

Notification Settings

Navigate to Notification Settings (from the notification menu or system settings):

  • Alert thresholds — Set threshold levels for metrics (e.g., alert when CPU usage exceeds 90%).
  • System test — Send a test notification to verify the system is working.

Notification Preferences

On the Notification Preferences page you can choose which types of notifications to receive:

  1. Navigate to Notification Preferences.
  2. Select the categories you're interested in (disconnections, updates, security, etc.).
  3. Click Save.

You can restore defaults at any time using Reset to Default Settings.

Push Notifications

To receive push notifications on your phone:

  1. Make sure the management app is installed.
  2. Allow notifications in your phone settings.
  3. The system will automatically register your device for updates.
