Getting Started
This guide will help you take your first steps in the management system.
1. Logging into the System
Access to the management system is through a web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended).
- Navigate to the system URL you received.
- On the login screen, enter the following details:
- Email: The email address you registered with.
- Password: Your password (minimum 6 characters).
- Click the "Login" button.
Password Recovery
If you forgot your password, contact the system administrator for a reset.
2. Understanding the Management Interface
After logging in, you'll arrive at the main Dashboard. The interface is divided into three main areas:
Sidebar
Located on the right side and enables navigation between all system sections:
- Home: Return to the main dashboard.
- Prayer Times, Messages, Zmanim: Manage the synagogue's daily content.
- Device Management: Control the displays in the synagogue.
- Analytics and Reports: View data and statistics (for managers).
- Settings: System and user settings.
Top Bar
- User Profile: Display logged-in user name and logout option.
- Notifications: Notification bell for important system events (such as a disconnected device).
Main Work Area
This is where the content of the selected page is displayed (management tables, edit forms, etc.).
3. Recommended Initial Settings
Before starting to enter data, it's recommended to verify that the synagogue details are up to date:
- In the sidebar, click on Synagogue Details (under the main category).
- Verify that the synagogue name, address, and nusach (Edot Hamizrach/Ashkenaz/Sephardi) are set correctly.
- These settings affect the calculation of daily times (halachic times) displayed on the screens.
