Daily Content Management

Beyond prayer times, the system supports management of dynamic content such as Torah classes and "Torah Aliyot" lists.

Classes (Shiurim)​

The classes module allows displaying a fixed or one-time class schedule on screens.

Main Fields​

  • Class Topic: (For example: "Daf Yomi").
  • Teacher: Rabbi's name.
  • Time: Fixed time or relative to prayer (for example: "After Maariv").
  • Location: (Optional) Room/women's section, etc.
  • Frequency: Daily / weekly (on certain days).

Torah Aliyot (Olie Latora)​

This module is mainly used by Gabbaim to manage the list of those called up, and sometimes to display the list to the congregation (or send it via WhatsApp).

Creating a List​

You can create a record for each aliyah (Cohen, Levi, third...). The system supports documenting:

  • Person's Name: Full name.
  • Aliyah Type: (Aliyah Type).
  • Date: Specific Shabbat/holiday.

Integration​

These lists can be automatically sent to the Gabbaim's WhatsApp group using the Aliyah Publisher module.
